David and his family have been in the Antelope Valley for over 45 years, and with these deep roots, David is a familiar face and friend in the community. Over 30 years of experience in finance and support for homeowners, David is committed to being a trusted source of knowledge and education for the community.
David began his journey in restoration back in 2014 and has been a trailblazer since, holding certifications in IICRC WRT and ASD. David strives to serve his hometown in all things restoration and will continue to do so with his best foot forward.
Kyle Carlson
Kyle Carlson is a Co-Owner here at SERVPRO of Lancaster. Kyle's traditional values and hardworking roots were formed in his birthplace of Stillwater, MN. In the 1930's Kyle's Grandfather, along with his two brothers started a construction company that laid down the framework that has been essential to Kyle's success today, allowing him to quickly become the go-to contractor for many high-end customers throughout California.
With a Business Administration Degree, certifications in IICRC WRT and ASD, and accreditations from CSLB, Kyle is your best bet for getting the job done in all things construction.

Monica Nunez is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Lancaster, With more than 25 years of experience in customer service and finance, Monica has earned many awards and honors for exceeding customer expectations and goals. Combined with the completion of the Employee Certification Training Program, Monica opens the line of communication between all clients and businesses to get things done. For Monica, helping others is the most rewarding part of her role

As a Crew Chief, Ryan plays a key role in the production division with the rapport he builds with clients throughout the job, making sure his team gets the job done the SERVPRO way. Ryan holds his certification in IICRC WRT and always strives to meet both customer and SERVPRO standards. For Ryan, the most rewarding part of his role is seeing the customer's satisfaction at the end of every job.

Dave Shelley is a Production Technician here at SERVPRO of Lancaster. Dave is a reliable and top-performing technician, constantly raising the standards of a crew member ready to make it "Like it never even happened." Dave has 10 years of experience in restoration and holds an IICRC WRT certification. For Dave, the most rewarding part of his role is meeting new people when out on the job.
